I loved the Vinyasa Yoga Session with Lucie. She is very professional, attentive, present and she was guiding the class very clearly. I also liked the Meditation in the beginning & the end. It was very calming for the mind.
My Body , Mind & Soul felt very good after the class. I am looking forward for the next class and can highly recommend her 🙂

I already joined two yoga sessions with her and both were truly wonderful. She creates such a warm, calming and supportive atmosphere that makes you immediately feel comfortable and grounded.

We really enjoyed the way she teaches, tells you and amends your poses to be correct if needed in a gentle and supportive way and we did two different yoga types that was challenging in different ways.
